"The Rhino Says No!"
Bruce Banner has announced his intention to marry Betty Ross, now that his troubles with the savage Hulk are behind him. Elsewhere, the recently-defeated Leader stews on how to best crush his enemy.
He thinks of all of the other foes the Hulk has faced, and weighs them as potential allies before settling on one that he feels he can best control, the Rhino. He retrieves the Rhino from his death bed, where he has laid since his defeat at the Hulk's hands, and restores him to full health.
To add irony, the Leader develops a ray that will make Bruce Banner lose control of the Hulk persona, and times his attack to coincide with Banner's wedding ceremony. The Hulk goes savage, as the Leader planned, and in the mayhem that ensues with the Rhino, Thunderbolt Ross is injured.
The Rhino and the Leader get in each other's way, and end up battling themselves to mutual defeat. The Hulk storms off, confused, and Betty Ross ends up in the arms of Glenn Talbot. (20 pages).
