Professor Wilbur Thompson watches in horror as everybody else in the world freezes in place as if time stands still. He is confronted by aliens from Dimension X who seek to conquer our dimension. Only he has been left unscathed to tell the aliens the extent of our scientific knowledge. The Professor plots for a way to stop them before it is too late. Story concludes in next issue's "The Wrong World".

Albert Barr is a mad scientist who has created a monster who will kill on his direction. Albert is angry at the world because his advances have been spurned by a woman that he loves. He trains the monster to attack at the sight of his love's lipstick color, but in an ironic twist, this is his undoing.

Retired ship captain Ezra Cummings lives in house at the shore, undisturbed and alone, except for his pet. He is rumored to have a fortune in the house, and robbers descend on him, bringing death. The robbers search the house, never suspecting what kind of pets sea captains might keep.

Shoplifter Eddie Rivers is caught as he tries to steal a mysterious large black gift box from a store at their 'Monster Sale' event. He eludes the store detective and hides in the store until dark, then tears into the package to see what he's lifted. Surprise!
"My Brother's Killer!" (C-627) by Reinman. 5 pages.
Dave and Mac, two brothers, ride the train to the reading of their Uncle's will. Dave was their Uncle's favorite, a fact that riles Mac, as he is sure he will inherit nothing. When the train derails, Mac leaves his brother to perish in the fire, thinking to grab his inheritance. What he finds out a the reading of the will leaves him regretting his actions.
