"Plague of the Galactic Jest-Master"
It would seem that the Jest-Master has his sights set on Thanagar, which happens to be the destination of Hawkman and the Atom. They are taking a mentally disturbed Jean Loring to Thanagar for treatment. Hawkman guarantees the Atom she can be cured.
Note: This story plot first started in Atom and Hawkman no.45. Green Lantern and Green Arrow don't appear in costume in this issue.
