"Vengeance From The Stars!; Chapter 1, Beware the Savage Skies!"
*Ted Knight has a strange visitor at a local celebration. The man desperately warns Ted of a pending doom coming from the sky and hands him a parchment scroll as he runs away. Later, while viewing the stars from an observatory telescope while looking at the details contained on the parchment, an object crashes into the observatory from the heavens. Once he has recovered from the accident, Ted contacts his friend Jay Garrick, aka the Flash, to have him investigate what caused the accident. *Source: DocRx8482
