"The Tomorrow Thief"
Its Veterans day and Karate Kid and Iris are on the sidewalk watching the parade. Without warning, soldiers marching in the parade begin to fire at the crowd. As the armed mob grabs Iris, Val is forced to run away to respond to a pager at his belt. Later at his apartment, he confronts the source of the page, and is told that he must report to the globe whenever the signal goes off. Angry and frustrated Karate Kid storms out in search of iris and her abductors.
