Four members of the Fatal Five break out of the prison planet Takron-Galtos with the help of the Emerald Eye of Ekron. The villains invade Legion of Super-Heroes' orbital space-station where only Gates and Brainiac 5 are on duty. Can two Legionnaires defend the Legion Outpost from the fury of the Fatal Five?
