Liberty Meadows is a sanctuary for animals who have lost their natural habitat. Frank and Brandy are hired on at the same time. Frank is a vet and Brandy a animal psychologist. For Frank, it is love at first sight. The animals all talk, of course, and are a colorful collection of characters, from hypochondriacs to irrepressible pranksters.
