"No More the Monster!"
Reed Richards has the Hulk under control, and with formulas which he developed in concert with Bruce Banner, he bathes the Hulk with a specially attuned ray, which turns the Hulk back to Bruce Banner.
Banner surprises the FF when he lets them know that his contribution to the cure has given him a special option: to turn to the Hulk at will, but retain Banner's intellect.
Banner joins Betty Ross, and finally gets to enjoy life's everyday pleasures. The happy ending won't last long, as General Ross has a special mission, one that requires help of a type that only the Hulk can provide.
Ross asks Banner to help him move a specialized weapon, the Tripod Observation Module to a test facility, fully knowing that the enemy is keen on stealing the technology. Banner agrees, and on the mission, his old enemy, the Leader, swoops in to attempt to steal the tech.
Banner transforms to the Hulk, fends off the Leader, but the fighting reverts the Hulk back to his savage ways. Banner fights to regain control, and the Leader escapes, but Banner's confidence in his cure is shaken. (18 pages).
