When William Wright visits Smallville High to give the student body a special test, it seems strange that Clark Kent does not "pass" the test requirements. The questions continue to grow as Superboy finds that Mr. Wright has somehow gained fantastic powers and is using them to commit crimes.
"Dial H for Hero: Heroes aren't Born they're Made"
With the help of the Dial, the Master has "eliminated" all of his flunkies, now he sets his sights on Chris. As Vicki searches for the captured Chris, she hopes that somehow the dial has given her powers that can defeat the Master.
