"Home is the Hunter"
Sgt. Rock and a few other members of Easy Company are scouting ahead of the rest of the men when they come upon a local funeral. Rock is told that their village has recently been cursed and now a demon from the Black Forest stalks the people of the village.

The crew of the U.S.S. Stevens find themselves flanked by two ships, a DD (U.S. Navy Destroyer with "DD" series hull numbers) and an LST (Landing Ship, Tank), while in peaceful seas. Suddenly the LST explodes without cause, leaving the other two ships to fathom what happened.
