Popeye plans to sail to visit his friend King Blozo with Olive and Wimpy, unaware that the Sea Hag has plans to take over the kingdom, indeed the whole World, aided with an army of vultures. Popeye has vowed to never hit a woman, so how will he defeat the Hag?

King Blozo turns to Popeye for aid when the kingdom's water supply goes screwy. Popeye finds the culprit, Whizfit, who is angling to take over the kingdom.

"The Map!"
Popeye digs up what appears to be a treasure map for a place called Murder Island. While the excited Popeye and Olive plan for their treasure-hunting mission, bad guys Snagg and Baby-Doll trick Popeye out of his map. Olive lambastes Popeye for being duped, when Swee'Pea comes in crying that some swab has stolen his imaginary treasure map to Murder Island.

"The Double Mooch!" featuring Wimpy.
Wimpy is hungry again, looking for a soft touch whom he can con into feeding him for free. Pappy comes along, and is willing to split his catch with Wimpy, if Wimpy will only pull in the line. It is hard work, and Wimpy pulls in nothing but scrap metal. Wimpy leaves disappointed, and doesn't see Pappy's pay-day with the scrap metal vendor.
