"Countdown to Catastrophe!"
While trying to locate a bomb in the city, Carl Lucas a.k.a Power Man runs into a couple of other problems. These include an elderly woman being attacked by a group of young muggers and an assassin, who kills someone right in front of Carl Lucas.
