The story begins with a darkened ring with an individual surrounded by numerous adversaries. Shortly "he" dispatches them all, to the joy of a "promoter", Guano Cravat. Jump to Richard Dragon and the minor depression caused by not being able to save Carolyn Wu-San. After receiving an anomyous summons, he finds that he must now fight the sister of Carolyn, Sandra Wu-San ( The imfamous Lady Shiva), who blames him for her sisters death. **First Apperance of lady Shiva aka Sandra Wus-San/Woosan**
