Guano Cravat has enlisted the aid of Dr. Moon, to help with his revenge upon Richard Dragon and Lady Shiva. Two muderous incidents on his students force Richard Dragon to ask For Lady Shiva's aid to find those responsible. After capturing one of the gang that carried out the violet acts, they are lead to the lair of Dr. Moon and his enhance minions.
