*In recent issues, She-Newt arrived in Bellingham, Washington to find that she couldn't help but stumble into other members of the meta-human community. As such, she found herself involved in one conflict after another. Though she managed to defeat multiple ne'er-do-wells, things finally took a toll. After displaying a new, unexpected ability, Newt passed out cold and her amphibious companions disappeared.
