Police Captain Frank Darling makes his pitch to the Dragon to rejoin the police force, and the steady pay and benefits are something that Dragon needs in his otherwise unstable life. The Vicious Circle has been rebuilding and the Chicago police are out of their element dealing with them. While the reception at Police Headquarters isn't unanimously positive, Dragon is back on the street of Chicago, making them safe. President Barack Obama makes a cameo and thanks the Dragon for his endorsement, and it all seems like things are going too well, but that doesn't last, as the last three pages take this story into a tailspin.
