Thor has thwarted Odin's will and traveled to Earth to be with Jane Foster, but he finds Hercules flirting with her. Battle ensues, and the two gods find themselves equally matched, until Odin intervenes. Odin, unwilling to deliver the punishment himself, gives the Odinpower to his High Councillor, Seidring. Seidring delivers the blow and Thor tastes defeat. Hercules is offered a movie deal. 16 pages.

Thor wanders inconsolably after defeat at the hands of Hercules, while Hercules ponders a deal with a Hollywood mogul who turns out to be Pluto in disguise. Back in Asgard, Seidring refuses to return the Odinpower to its rightful owner. 16 pages.
The title moves from Thor to Sgt. Fury reprints as of issue #5. Marvel Spectacular would continue the Thor reprints, picking up from where this issue leaves off.
