When a séance performed by Cassandra Craft, at the request of a magician who died fifty years ago goes wrong, it unleashes two dark spirits. Now Superman has to contain and send Count Dracula and Frankenstein's Monster back whence they came, before Dracula makes good on his threat to rule the world.
