The design of the monsters mask is the prototype for that of Doctor Doom, who would make his first appearance that same month in the pages of Fantastic Four (1961) #5.

"The Crackpot" by Heck; 5 pages. An inventor has met with failure on every attempt, and he is sure that he has failed again, and tosses his latest gadget in Central Park's waste can, where it is retrieved by a boy looking for playthings.
