"Victory!"
Titanium Man has Pepper captive, and nothing stirs the ire of Iron Man more. While Happy Hogan, Senator Byrd, and all of Washington DC watch, Iron Man saves Pepper and takes down Titanium Man in explosive fashion. The clear victory may have altered the Senator's feelings about Stark, but it also cleared Happy's amnesia, and now he remembers clearly Iron Man's secret identity.
"Enter...the Tumbler!"
The Adaptoid has stolen Captain America's identity and none is the wiser, not even the new villain on the block. The Tumbler attacks the Adaptoid and hands him a defeat, giving the real Cap a chance to break his bonds and give the Tumbler a taste of the real thing. The Adaptoid is now captive, but learning from his mistakes, and plotting new schemes.
