Iron Man battles the Grey Gargoyle, who is intent on stealing a weapon that will even the odds against Thor. Jasper Sitwell of S.H.I.E.L.D. is on hand, and when Iron Man is knocked for a loop, Sitwell wants to help him, and attempts to remove his helmet.

Now that the world knows that Steve Rogers was Captain America, Steve's life is hectic with Captain America impersonators and hit-men. Nick Fury and S.H.I.E.L.D. are on hand to make sure that he stays safe, and ultimately convince him that he needs to resume his crime-fighting career.
