Unofficial crossover with Eclipse Comics DNAgents. The Recombatants were loosely based on the DNAgents. The same month DNAgents (Vol 1) #14 featured a super-powered team loosely based on the Teen Titans.
This book also features a bonus Flash Force 2000 comic, based on the Hotwheels toys.
