I.O.'s replacement to Team 7, Team 8, has been taken down on their first mission. This leaves Lynch with no choice other than to free Deathblow and track down the other members of Team 7.
Somewhere in the jungles of South America, Lynch and Deathblow go looking for their missing teammates. On the way, Deathblow stumbles upon an otherworldly hand with a strange key.
Deep in the jungle, they finally find Team 7. Although hesitant to trust Lynch, they agree to help. A hidden nuclear facility is located in the land controlled by the Khmer Rouge.
Meanwhile in Russia, Rostov senses the return of the men who survived the nuclear missile.
