Wonder Girl and Supergirl attack the military internment camp holidng Cassandra's mother. The Titans intervene and suggest a more diplomatic approach, which is denied by the military. A battle ensues ending with the the Titans under military arrest. Wonder Girl and Supergirl escape to Washington D.C., where Queen Hippolyta sends them on a mission to capture the United States President.
