"Ulik Unleashed!"
Loki seeks his revenge on Thor by gathering his worst enemies, and mystically teleports the chosen champion, Ulik, to Earth to confront Thor. Meanwhile on Earth, Don Blake has learned that the Ringmaster's Circus of Crime is in town, and plans to raid their show, guessing that they are up to no good.
Ulik arrives at the Circus and falls prey to the Ringmaster's hypnosis, becoming an attraction in the Main Ring. Thor intercedes, and battle royal breaks out under the Big Top.
