As Asgard prepares for the Great Althing and the selection of a new ruler to replace the vanished Odin, Thor discovers that he has been turned into a bullfrog. While his friends ponder possible causes for the thunder god's absence, Thor finds himself in embroiled in a war between the frog and rat populations of Central Park.
