"The Lucky Stiff!"
A homeless man polishes a casket for the funeral home. The funeral director pays him by giving him the deceased man's overcoat. The dead man was rich, but the overcoat is shabby. The homeless man finds the pockets stuffed with cash, but the coat is enchanted. He can only possess the cash if he is wearing the coat. When he wears the coat, he is treated like a bum, so the money is useless. He dies in the coat, just like the man before him. 5 pages.

A science-fiction writer has a hard time keeping up with his competitor, who not only writes better stories, but also keeps a sick smile on his face, no matter how badly he is insulted. The writer is driven to rage, and attacks his competitor, whose mask falls away, revealing his alien features. 4 pages.

Big game hunters looking for the elusive elephant graveyard find more than they bargained for, when they discover that an alien savage with uncanny senses has made it his home. 5 pages.

A young boy asks his father lots of questions, such as where do babies come from. The father is fond of inventing fictitious answers, but once, the father's reply becomes the awful truth. 3 pages.

"Look Homeward, Werewolf!"
The werewolf propositions a man to row him across the river for $500. The alternative is death. The werewolf is being pursued and must escape. There is one condition: should the werewolf get wet, it will drive him to a killing fury. The man does a great job, but as he gets to the far shore, it starts to rain. 5 pages.
