Kitty is miffed about being demoted from the X-Men to the New Mutants, so she tries to get back on the first string. She gets to prove herself as she discovers a threat inside the mansion and helps destroy it. Meanwhile, the rest of the team rests and relaxes as they finally get a peaceful day off.
