Deathbird joins the fight against the Phalanx as they look to infiltrate the nesting facility of the Shi'Ar. Hank builds an escape pod lined with metal so Joseph can guide them down to the planet's surface without being detected by the Phalanx. Meanwhile, Bastion has kidnapped Jubilee and plans to study her as he moves his pieces into place for the final phase of Operation: Zero Tolerance.
