Venom goes after Treece as Venom learns why the underground city is so valuable to Treece, it hides a stash of gold that he wants. Venom heads back to the site of Treece's new project, a park above the hidden city where Spidey is waiting. Spidey and Venom from a tentative alliance to battle against Treece as Brock risks his life to save Treece as he melts away into the crowd. Parker returns home as Brock is welcomed to a home in the hidden city.
