Dex realizes his mistake in securing his own weapons as the zombies from A Block are loose and he must decide who he wants to shoot more, Rick and his group or the zombies he set free. Meanwhile, Otis returns but can not get into the prison as he gets surrounded but a stranger shows up to help him. Inside the prison, Rick shoots Dexter which ends the debate of Rick and the others leaving.
