Michonne returns to the prison after she kills Tyreese's zombie head but she does not enter. Instead, she heads off into the woods. Rick and Carl escape the prison and find a place to rest for the night. Rick is not feeling well. He raids the medicine cabinet before laying down for some rest but Carl can not wake him.
