Dale springs the surpirse on the cannibals who are slowly eating him, piece by piece. Dale was bitten during the attack the night he ran off and was captured, they are eating tainted meat. The night ends and as the sun rises they find Dale's body outside the church but Rick knows this is a trap as Glenn gets shot in the leg while bringing Dale into the church. But Rick is not going to be pinned down and let them get away with any of this.
