"The Martians!"
The first manned mission to Mars explores the surface, finding the remains of abandoned settlements on the banks of Mars' canals. Inside, the crew find the remains of a Martian movie house, complete with a piece of science-fiction about the horrors of the day that Earth invaded Mars. 8 pages.
"Captivity"
Two minerologist explore the Arizona desert, looking for uranium deposits. A freak accident with their camp generator, mixed with the radioactivity of the uranium, hurls them back in time to a pre-historic age, the valley lush and full of dinosaurs. Or is it? Soon the men find that they have been sent to the distant future, not the past, and are part of some elaborate zoo, and that man is only kept by the alien owners to feed the predators. 7 pages.

An awkward bachelor leads a lonely life until somebody mails him a package of instant, dehydrated Harem! The recipe for mixture is in odd units of measure, and the package contains 5 samples. The bachelor makes 4 failed attempts before getting it right with the fifth, but he is destined to be unlucky in love. 6 pages.
"Bum Steer"
A cowboy in the wild awakens at night to find his horse spooked. He soon learns why as he is taken captive by an alien, along with a group of other humans. The aliens, though hideous, are polite and treat the humans well, feeding them often. When the aliens lead the humans to a doorway with promises of other delights, the cowboy hangs back. He has seen how slaughterhouses work back on Earth. 7 pages.
