"What If... Ghost Rider, Spider-Woman and Captain Marvel Had Remained Villains?"
Uatu, the Watcher sees all. Even into infinite alternate realities. Ones where Johnny Blaze, Jessica Drew and Mar-Vell all share different fates from the mainstream universe.
Johnny Blaze, as the Ghost Rider, is to be judged for a Hellblazing campaign trail of terror through the southwestern states by no other than Daimon Hellstrom, the exiled Son of Satan. Blaze stays in the thrall of Satan and ends up destroying everything and everyone he ever cared for.
In the guise of Arachne, Hydra assassin, Jessica Drew is duped into killing Nick Fury. She is soon hunted down by S.H.I.E.L.D. forces and captured to stand trial. During that trial her former superior at Hydra, Count Otto Vermis takes the stand as a witness to force a mistrial. Revealing that Jessica isn't human at all, but a mutated spider.
Mar-Vell makes a defiant rally against the reactivated Kree Sentry. His commanding officer, Colonel Yon-Rogg sent him on a suicide mission.
Against all odds, Mar-Vell overcomes the Sentry, with a little help from easy Earth girl, Carol Danvers.
When Yon-Rogg's treachery is uncovered by higher ranking Kree officials, Yon-Rogg is stripped of his command. The Colonel snaps and escapes to Earth to murder Mar-Vell.
The two rivals grapple until Yon-Rogg crumples to the ground, asphyxiated by Earth's atmosphere. Mar-Vell's earnest endeavors earn him an instant promotion. Colonel Mar-Vell? No, it doesn't have a ring to it.
