The patient in 3D is covered in bandages, having just come through an operation to temporarily increase his brain power 10-fold, in the hopes that he will be able to answer the Big Questions, like how to cure cancer and end world hunger. He fails to answer them, and when the bandages are removed, we see the subject was an ape.5 pages.

A race of people are warned by their scientists that a runaway planetoid will crash into their home and destroy all life if they cannot evacuate in time. Their space fleet departs moments before the orb strikes. It turns out that the miniature race lived in a catcher's mitt. 5 pages.
