A shipwreck victim washes ashore on a desert island and finds but one inhabitant, a strange, beautiful woman in ancient dress who begs help of the man to open her trunk. Though he has a sense of dread about the box, he is under her spell, and does as she asks. Out comes an evil beast, and the woman stands revealed as Pandora. The missing part of the myth was that she knew what she would let out, and now the man has unwittingly assisted her. 7 pages.

A man is in the wrong place at the wrong time, and robbers from a jewel heist try to use his car as a get-away vehicle. He loses the robbers, but ends up with the jewels. He gives up his home and family in a bid to hide himself and the jewels, and is on the run for 13 years before going to cash them in and finding...they were fakes. 4 pages.

A doctor has invented a serum which will revert a person to their youth. The look for a subject on which to experiment, and ask the oldest man to agree to participate. He refuses, and when the doctors check his records, they are amazed to find that he is a medical oddity. They decide to give him the serum while he sleeps, and to their shock and dismay, they find that they have doomed the entire human race. 4 pages.
