"Worldwatch, Part Two"
The going does not get any easier for War Woman as the leader of Worldwatch. The villain Steelskull wants to murder Highlord and civilian casualties continue to grow. Unbeknownst to War Woman, Intercessor has acquired the Celestial Sphere and intends to use it to subjugate War Woman and either take over or destroy Worldwatch.
This issue also includes an interview with Chuck Austen regarding his novel and manga adaptation of Nekkid Bottoms, U.S.A.
