"The Fateful Finale!" plus the Origins of the X-Men continue "Lonely are the Hunted!"
The X-Men continue to battle on two fronts as they are able to stop both Factor Three teams from igniting WWIII. Both teams head back to Factor Three's hideout for one last battle with the evil mutants. Professor X exposes Mutant Master as an alien, not a mutant. The X-Men team up with the Evil Mutants to defeat the androids of the Mutant Master. The team heads back to the institute where they get a costume change.
