"Monsters Also Weep!"
Angel battles Sauron until the rest of the team shows up, but Sauron runs low on energy and he has to escape. He uses a hypnotized Warren to escape and head back to his office where he confronts his love and her father. Lykos is not finished as he absorbs energy from Lorna and heads off to kill his lover's father, but the X-Men make him realize he is not well. Lykos goes back home in order to stop the beast within him but his love tracks him down and he falls to his apparent death in the frozen wasteland of his former home.
