Charles Xavier is dead, but in knowing of his death he trained Jean to be telepathic. Charles leaves behind a video explaining everything and letting the X-Men know that Magneto is back and they will have to fight him again. Scott lays a trap for Magneto and he falls for it, but Magneto is too powerful for the team as he captures them.
