"Hero Alliance: End of the Golden Age"
*Victor has spent many years, protected by his alias Vic Torrence, teaming up with a shifting cast of super-heroes, but none as inspirational as the Golden Guardman. The Golden Guardman had disappeared, and Victor became more disconnected from the other heroes over time, less of a leader and example of virtue. Now Richard Dunlop, the original Guardman, has died a natural death, and the question of which of his two children will pick up his mantle, Kristine or Marc? Victor has a wake-up call, when he learns the consequences of his lack of involvement with his peers. *Source: Warlock.
