*Captain America vs. Red Skull: Captain America has been battling the Red Skull for more than five decades. Originally their conflict stemmed from the different political ideologies--Cap's beliefs in the principles of democracy versus the Skull's passion for tyranny. More recently their hatred is of a more personal nature. Equally matched physically, neither combatant has been able to gain the upper hand for very long. Indeed, it is possible that their battle may continue for yet another fifty years!
