*These tall fish-like humanoids are from the planet Antide III. Ther Antideans sought membership in the Federation on stardate 42859.2, sending a delegation to the conference on Pacifica. Just prior to the arrival of the Antideans, Ambassador Troi of Betazed determined that the Antidean Anbassador was actually an assassin sent to disrupt the conference.
