Without a doubt, Trance Gemini is the most mysterious member of the Andromeda Ascendant crew. A beautiful young alien woman of a completely unknown species, she rarely, if ever, talks about her people or her curious past. Trance serves as Life support officer, botanist, xenobiologist, make-do medic, and occasional spy and thief. She also manifests a startling ability to predict possible outcomes, which may or may not be due to a special alien skill unknown to humans.
