Although a prisoner of the Peacekeepers for more than 300 cycles, he still behaves like a ruler, floating around Moya on his Throne Sled, expecting others to do his bidding. He will occasionally be of assistance (usually when the skills of a diplomat are required), but he mostly excels at getting himself and the rest of the ship into trouble.
