*From its spectacular appearance in the movie of the same name, Peter Fonda's "Easy Rider Bike" quickly became not only the most famous motorcycle in the world, but a teen and young adult fashion trendsetter as well. With its customized fuel tank and matching helmet painted with stars and stripes. Easy Rider and Captain America sparked the appearance of literally millions of jackets, shirts, pants, bikinis and even cars...all sporting the red, white, and blue American flag motif. Today, Fonda and his Easy Rider Bike symbolize the spirit of rebellion and escape for the entire generation. Built long and low in classic chopper style, Easy Rider expresses the freedom of the open road that was so much a part of the movie and its stars, Fonda and Dennis Hopper. It has a completely-Chromed, ridged frame and sports 15 inch extended front forks with high bars. The black banana seat contrasted with the colorful tank and chrome frame helps make it one of the most striking choppers ever built. The chrome "sissy" bar serves a dual purpose, as both a pack rack and helmet hanger. The Easy Rider Bike is powered by a modified 1954 Harley Davidson engine set off by upswept pipes.
