*Two men stand at the center of the Bond film franchise. British author Ian Fleming (front with Sean Connery) created the character of 007 in 1952. He wrote 12 novels and 2 collections of short stories about his superspy before he died in 1964. American film producer Albert Romolo “Cubby” Broccoli (back with Roger Moore) has exclusively produced Bond films since Dr. No in 1962.
