Like an ancient shaman, Rafiki shakes a gourd over newborn Simba. He cracks the gourd open and smears a little juice on the cub's forehead. Continuing the ceremony he takes a handful of dirt and sprinkles it over Simba, who sneezes, then Rafiki lifts Simba for all to see.
