*Herv R. Costigan, the indulgent multimillionaire husband of Penny Century, owns several mansions but never occupies them since he always seems to be away on business.
The horns on his head give a clue as to his slightly dishonest nature, but his wife, Penny Century, is at least as promiscuous as he; she's already cuckolded him once, by Hopey's friend Tex, and her bodyguard's child is on the way. These indiscretions haven't marred Herv's obsession with Penny yet.
